Hi Efficiency Dust-disposal & Condenser
Model Types: HCDE-60/80 for cotton、HCDR-60/80 for chemical fiber
● HCDE/HCDR is made for spinning cotton and chemical fiber thread, it's a
breakthrough from conventional capacity limitation, HCDE/HCDR has no neck
of bottle in capacity, it allowing 500-2000KG/HR per correspondent
requirements.
● HCDE has 1/3 extra capacity banishing dust than conventional condenser
meanwhile saves 1/3-1/2 motive power than the other brand condensers. In
other word, HCDE/HCDR can replace any brand named condensers or
simplified condensers.
● HCDE has superior safety precaution mechanism (there simply implements a
suction fan with no other transmission parts, this prevents fire ourbreak from
friction).
● When spinning chemical fiber, air in HCDR need not to be emitted to dust
collection room because of the cleaner characteristics of chemical fiber itself.
