Antigen testing can be performed anytime and anywhere, and results can be obtained in 10 minutes. The operation is simple and the time to obtain results is short. However, the sensitivity of antigen detection is lower than that of nucleic acid detection, and it cannot completely replace nucleic acid detection. It can be used as an effective supplementary method to play an 'early detection' role in rapid screening.
